Gipo R 131 FDR Giga DA Impactcrusher on tracks, build 2021, # 5275hrs comes with an extended 2-Deck independent pre-screen 3.25m length, a magnet and a 2 deck secondary screen box with two equal decks 1550 x 5000 mm x 2. Specs: Diesel engine:

Power pack Water cooled Scania diesel engine Tier 5 Final DC16 459 KW (620hp), with quality Rexroth hydraulic components for all pumps & engines.

Frame and tracks:

Reinforced machine chassis with D7 reinforced track undercarriage.

Feeder:

Feed hopper of approx. 8m³, in Hardox with mobile hydraulic hopper walls provided with protection over cylinders. Corners lock hydraulic from below.

Pre-screen:

Extended 2-Deck independent pre-screen 3.25m length,

Top deck: three zig-zag panels mounted in steps.

First panel (at feeder) full 30mm passage.

Middle panel 30mm one half, other half 25mm.

Last at rotor complete 25mm passage.

Lower deck: provided for two identical interwoven nets, passage of choice, supplied with closed rubber panels.

Overgrain belt:

Is a straight belt and discharges the overgrain onto the middle grid, the funnel wall of the return feed folds hydraulically upwards for transport.

Side belt under the pre-screen:

Provisions for a widened side discharge belt for discharge of sieve sand from the extended pre-screen. The belt can be ordered later to be folded hydraulically or extended and fixed and can always be easily placed on both sides.

Closing the lower deck:

Bavette on a roll to lay the lower deck infinitely.

Platform:

Step under the pre-screen provided with a ladder to easily and safely change nets.

Water pump:

Is mounted at the front on the platform, provided with a collector with adjustable taps, pipes and nozzles. With connections on the outside left and right on the breaker.

Operation of feed and pre-screen:

Is infinitely adjustable via the remote control for the feed and pre-screen. Start and stop function is via frequency control.

Rotor:

Rotor breaker type P 131 heavy-duty version, inlet opening 1300 x 920 mm. Rotor equipped with 4 hammers. Rotor drive is via a direct drive.

Inlet valve:

Operable via the remote control and expandable to a maximum of 1300 x 1300 mm with chain curtain on the inlet side.

Rotor blocking:

A manual & automatic rotor blocking is provided when opening the breaker housing.

Breaker outlet:

Covered with Hardox wear parts 30 mm.

Breaker screens:

Top and bottom impact wall of the breaker housing are separately and hydraulically adjustable. The top screen is adjustable via the remote control also during operation.

Discharge-shake chute:

Under the crusher unit is provided with Hardox wear parts = everything 30mm thick and the thick wear plate is in three parts to be able to change berths more smoothly and safely.

Main conveyor belt:

The crusher has a straight belt of: 1,400 x 7,500 mm. This can be mechanically moved out of the chassis on rails for maintenance.

Top magnet:

The crusher frame is fully designed to be able to position the top magnet at the outlet of the conveyor belt. The weighted top magnet of 5 tons can rotate and move on this frame. This is important for efficient iron removal.

Post-screen:

The post-screen is equipped with a hook system to be able to transport separately with a container truck. The screen box has two equal decks 1550 x 5000 mm X2. And is designed upon delivery to screen two fractions at the same time. The nets are tensioned using side tensioners with wedges or bolts and are supplied with

Main discharge belt:

There is a straight belt under the 1,400 x 8,000 mm screen box, this belt is extended and also folds upwards hydraulically closed for transport, and can shift.

Side belt post-screen(not available):

Upon delivery, the crusher has all the facilities to subsequently place a discharge belt of 650 X 8600 mm to make a second 10/31 fraction from the post-screen, for example.

Return belt:

Overgrain to bunker 650 x 7,700 mm, hydraulically foldable upwards and can swivel 180° hydraulically for transport.

Work lighting:

Pylon with 4 LED work lights.

Compressor:

Equipped with tanks with 400 liter air reserve and 12 bar constant pressure with supplied hoses, pipes and quick couplings.

Blower:

Constant wind sifter of 35 kW cleans the excess grain and is infinitely adjustable.

Fuel pump:

A separate fuel filling pump is provided that gives 100 L per minute.

Pump is mounted on the other side of the tank in a closed box, provided with a lock and four meters of hose supplied with suction filter.

Hydraulics:

The radiator can hinge out and has a reversing screw with which the operator can determine how the air flow should flow through the radiator.

Transport options:

Crusher can be moved in various ways.

Assuming that the crusher is 3.80 m high on the ground. (transport mode)

The lower height between the tracks is 40 cm high.

complete on the low loader with 50 cm high bed = 84 tons in total. Height 4.30 m

Single crusher without afterscreen = 70 tons total. Height 4.30 m

Light pylon 1 has a flashing light that indicates if the hydraulic pressure you have preset is not exceeded.

Light pylon 2 has a flashing light that indicates if incoming parameters of the diesel engine are exceeded. (e.g. dirty air filter)

The belt speeds of all conveyor belts are separately infinitely adjustable.
