Finger screen ZD13: finger screen also knows as grizzly finger, finger grid, grid deck or tines are designed for heavy duty screening where high impact and wear resistance is needed. Our (non) original Finger screen ZD13 are available in numerous sizes.
Special features: Their open design prevents clogging and efficiently screens materials in demanding environments.
Application: waste disposal, recycling, topsoil, compost, and gravel applications.
Advantage: Replaceable individual tines, eliminates blinding and also clogging. It is available for all mobile screens as well as static screens.

They are part of the vibrating feeder in a crusher or for the screen decks in screening equipment for your specific areas of use. They are used in various industries including waste disposal, recycling, topsoil, compost, and gravel applications.
Function: the primary function of the Finger screen ZD13 in a crusher is that the fine material in the hopper falls through the fingers of the vibrating feeder on the separate vibrating screen. The screener separates material particles according to their size. As material feeds through the screener, the smaller particles pass through the openings in the finger screen, while larger particles remain on top and are discharged separately. By using a finger screen with a specific opening size, the screener can achieve a desired final product size for the material passing through.
