Function: the primary function of the flip flow screen in a screener is to separate material particles according to their size. As material feeds through the screener, the smaller particles pass through the openings in the flip flow screen, while larger particles remain on top and are discharged separately. By using a flip flow screen with a specific mesh size (opening size), the screener can achieve a desired final product size for the material passing through.
