This powerful 33-ton mobile primary shredder comes with a hydraulic drive system featuring double shafts. The VB850DK high-torque heavy duty metal shredder includes a hydraulic height-adjustable discharge conveyor, remote control, overbelt magnet, and a 480 hp Caterpillar C13 diesel engine. This Hammel VB850DK slow-speed metal tire shredder is fully rebuilt and in very good technical and optical condition. The machine is complete and ready for work.

Almost everything is new on this completely checked, repaired, and serviced Hammel VB850DK high torque shredder. The magnet and radio have been overhauled and repaired, new paint applied, new conveyors and bearings installed, all rollers replaced, the drive drum newly rubberized, a new belt table added, shafts and rakes overhauled, the gearbox overhauled by Wert, new plates for the hopper by Firma Schlei, the entire system repainted, all oils and filters replaced, various hydraulic hoses renewed, new batteries added, new stickers applied, a completely new belt center section installed, new bolts for the hopper, front flap, and belt added, and the cylinder given new bushes and a new chute.
