With the new SM620.3, we present our innovation among screening machines – now available for the first time with 3 drive versions: Diesel, electric, and DualPower – the smarter hybrid.
We have once again given our all in this innovation to merge our customers’ desires with our engineers’ ideas, resulting in a customized solution. The premiere took place at IFAT and OstBau in May 2024: The Doppstadt SM620.3 impresses with the same performance as its predecessor but with even higher efficiency, optimized scrapers, more flexible equipment, and the most attractive price in its class! We listened carefully and adapted the successor model of the Doppstadt SM620.2 to meet our customers’ needs more precisely and economically.
Doppstadt SM620.3 – The new SM generation is here – more flexible than ever
Thanks to a variety of options and drums, the screening machine can be perfectly equipped for use in commercial waste, as well as for compost, bark, wood chips, building rubble, or excavated earth. With the new DualPower drive technology – the smarter hybrid, switching between sites with power infrastructure and field locations is no problem. Ideal conditions for increasing productivity and saving operating costs. Low diesel consumption and high throughput capacity further enhance the list of benefits of this universal machine, along with a 5 m³ feed hopper with a low loading edge and a stone grid that can fold over 90 degrees. Besonderheiten
Mit 5 m³ Fassungsvermögen und rund 3,80 m Trichterbreite eignet sich die SM 620.3 sehr gut für größere Recyclinganlagen. Denn in den 2-Achsen-Anhänger passt wirklich eine ganze Menge hinein. Ob Haus- und Gewerbemüll oder Kompost, Rinde, Hackschnitzel, Bauschutt und Erdaushub, die SM 620.3 überzeugt bei jeder Aufgabe hundertprozentig – und ist damit eine Universalsiebmaschine, die ihren Namen wirklich verdient.
Standardmäßig als 2-Fraktionen-Trommelsiebmaschine ausgestattet, kommt die SM 620.3 mit dem optional erhältlichen Steingitter auf bis zu 3 Fraktionen in einem Arbeitsgang. Zusätzlich sind optional außerdem als mögliche 4. Fraktion z.B. Magnetrollen für die Ausgabebänder verfügbar. Neben einer großen Auswahl an Siebtrommeleinsätzen, z.B. als Rund-, Waben- oder Quadratlochtrommelversion, können auch Drahttrommeln oder Mischtrommeln gewählt werden.
