Used Tana Shark 440DT eco shredder for sale. This 2024 single shaft slow-speed high torque shredder 30-ton tracked slow-speed shredder has approximately 1130 operating hours and is in fully operational condition. It is equipped with a heavy-duty rotor featuring 33 replaceable shredder cutters and blades, 22 counter-cutting teeth on the side door, and comes with an 80 mm screen basket (particle size adjustable from 50 mm to 500 mm depending on materials and desired output). The machine includes an overband magnet, long conveyor, central greasing system, remote control, working lights, and a tracked undercarriage for excellent mobility on challenging terrain.

Powered by a Cummins X15 Tier 4 Final / EU Stage V diesel engine (399 kW), this Tana Shark 440DT eco shredder is designed for tough, versatile applications. It can process a wide variety of materials such as tires, C&I waste, C&D waste, MSW, ragger wire, pallets, plastics, waste wood, household waste, furniture, barbed wire, shingles, mattresses, and more. The unit has been recently working on shredding B- and C-grade waste wood to sub-300 mm. Total machine weight: 31,840 kg.

The machine has just received a new bottom extraction conveyor belt, and replacement counter-cutting teeth are available on-site for installation.
